Shipping
We currently ship within the EU. Orders are dispatched within 2 to 4 working days and packed to protect the glass in transit. Most deliveries arrive within 3 to 7 business days of dispatch.
If you're outside the EU and would like to order, write to us at hola@casaolive.co. We're happy to look into it on a case-by-case basis.
Pre-orders
Some products are available to pre-order ahead of harvest, bottling or production. The estimated delivery date on each pre-order product page is approximate and may vary slightly depending on harvest timing or production schedules. If anything changes, we'll email you with an update.
Returns
You can change your mind. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase. Contact us at hola@casaolive.co to start the process, or submit a request using the withdrawal link in the footer. The oil must be unopened and in its original packaging. Once we receive it, we'll refund you within 14 days. Return shipping is at your own cost.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us at hola@casaolive.co within 14 days of delivery. We'll resolve it with a replacement or refund, whichever makes sense, and cover the return cost in that case.
