Casa Olive ("we," "us") is registered at Carrer Muntaner 337, entresuelo 1ra, 08021 Barcelona, Spain. These terms govern all purchases made through this website.
Products
We sell extra virgin olive oil in limited batches. Descriptions, harvest details, and certifications are accurate to our knowledge at the time of listing. Availability is limited by harvest size: once a batch sells out, it's gone until the next one.
Prices and payment
All prices shown include VAT. Payment is processed securely through Shopify, which supports a range of payment methods. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
Orders
Once an order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. If we're unable to fulfil an order (for example, due to a stock issue), we'll contact you directly to resolve it, including a full refund if needed.
Pre-orders
Some products may be available to pre-order ahead of harvest, bottling or production. Estimated delivery dates shown on pre-order product pages are approximate and may shift depending on harvest timing or production schedules. If a pre-order date changes, we'll email you with an update.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, in line with Spanish and EU consumer law. To exercise this right, contact us at hola@casaolive.co. The oil must be returned unused and unopened, in its original packaging. Once we receive it, we'll process your refund, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Liability
We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our products, beyond what is required by law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, images, branding) belongs to Casa Olive unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be submitted to the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence.
